Our Equipment

SoPark’s manufacturing facility consists of a 25,000 square foot building located in Buffalo, New York. Our manufacturing philosophy is to produce assemblies in a continuous flow mode when possible.

Our three surface mount placement lines, each consisting of Juki chip shooters and flexible placement machines, provide a capacity of over 28 million placements a month. All lines have similar capabilities and are interchangeable. Over 10,000 BGAs and micro BGAs are successfully placed each month.

For simple to complex cable and wire harness needs, SoPark meets the demand for high reliability, high quality and consistency of signal, power transmission or uninterrupted data flow. SoPark’s cables and harnesses perform — every unit is electrically tested for continuity and shorts to the required standard, and dependability is ensured.
